The Uganda-Kenya Coast Tourism Conference, Exhibition, and Fam Trip was launched, & scheduled for October 27-29, 2025, at Ocean Beach Resort, Malindi.
Under the theme “Leveraging Youth, Innovation & Technology,” the event aims to promote inclusive tourism through youth-driven innovation. Attended by Kilifi Governor Mung’aro, tourism stakeholders, and Ugandan Ambassador Akothee, the focus is on collaboration over competition.
Uganda’s Consul General Amb. Mukumbya emphasized the role of youth in transforming tourism with tech innovations like apps and virtual experiences.
